At WWF, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip or a note with your order details.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
